A Reform Support Program in the domain of Justice and Home Affairs for
Turkey.
A MATRA supported and funded program 2005-2008,
developed in cooperation with the beneficiaries, The Turkish National
Police and the Turkish Police Academy.
After the Successful implementation of the MATRA program " Mutual
Understanding of Human Rights" (2001-2005) the need was expressed
for further cooperation, both on a personal and institutional level.
